دستگاه تقویت مچ و ساعد افق گستر در دو مدل عرضه می‌شود. دسته‌های چوبی و رول آلومینیومی با شیارهای ضد لغزش، تمرین خم و باز شدن و چرخش مچ را پوشش می‌دهند. مقاومت دستگاه با پیچ تنظیم تغییر می‌کند و پایه چوبی، ثبات آن را روی میز تضمین می‌کند.
